This small application will help you change the timing at which the subtitle text appears on screen when played with the video.
Quite often I have got subtitles that were right, but were a few seconds off.
Sometimes, I just like to see the subtitle text a second or so after they have spoken on screen.

Specify the subtitle file below, with the number of seconds you want the file to be offset. Once done, you will be promted to download a new .srt file with the timings offset by your choice.
